Our approach to your privacy
Network Shield is built to limit collection to information necessary to deliver, maintain, safeguard, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information. We also do not use browsing history, traffic destinations, DNS queries, or content sent through the service to create user profiles.
This notice covers Network Shield and the related services that LovinJoy Games operates.
It explains the data practices of our advertising-supported proxy app in plain language. The policy should be reviewed whenever changes are made to the product or the third-party SDKs it uses.
Details you provide to us
When you choose to contact us or share information, we may receive your name, email address, support messages, attachments, survey answers, and any other details you supply voluntarily.
Advertising supports Network Shield. Within the scope of this policy, we do not process direct subscription payments, trials, or purchases of paid features.
Service identifiers
A service identifier associated with your device may be created or received by the app. This helps us check access to the service, limit abuse, assist users, and keep the service running.
Payment information
We do not collect card numbers, bank account numbers, or credentials for direct billing through Network Shield. Advertising partners may handle advertising identifiers in accordance with their own privacy policies.
Network activity and operational information
As a proxy service designed with privacy in mind, Network Shield does not keep logs of sites you visit, content you send, DNS queries, or destinations reached through the service.
We may gather a limited amount of operational information that cannot reasonably identify a particular browsing activity. This may include:
- The app version, platform, language, and basic device environment required for diagnostics.
- The success or failure of a connection attempt, without retaining browsing content.
- Your chosen service region or server location, without keeping assigned outgoing IP addresses as activity logs.
- Bandwidth usage measured in aggregate for service quality, capacity planning, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting.
- Crash reports and diagnostic events, when allowed by device settings and applicable law.
Why we use information
Information we collect is used for these purposes:
- Delivering, operating, maintaining, and protecting Network Shield.
- Checking access to the service, rewards, and other service entitlements.
- Answering support enquiries and sending notices about the service.
- Investigating crashes, failed connections, performance problems, and patterns of abuse.
- Making the service more reliable and faster, and improving its design and user experience.
- Identifying, preventing, and investigating fraud, spam, misuse, and security incidents.
- Meeting applicable legal requirements, obligations, and enforceable requests.
Advertising in free features
Network Shield is funded by advertising, and its free features may show ads. Third-party advertising partners may employ cookies, identifiers, SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies to serve, measure, limit, and improve advertising.
We do not target advertising using browsing content carried through the service. Advertising and analytics partners may collect information under their respective privacy policies. Where your device supports it, its settings let you reset or limit advertising identifiers.
How legal requests are handled
We assess requests for user information made through legal channels before providing a response. If the law allows, we may inform the users concerned. Network Shield is designed to avoid activity logs, so browsing history, traffic content, DNS queries, and other activity records sought by third parties may not be in our possession.
How long information is retained
We keep information for the period needed to deliver the service, meet legal obligations, settle disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, maintain business records, and assist with security or fraud reviews.
Once information is no longer required, we delete it, anonymize it, or set it apart from active processing until it can be deleted. Delayed deletion may be necessary, for example, for information held in backup or disaster recovery systems.
We may keep support correspondence to understand earlier problems and offer consistent assistance. For requests concerning privacy, email lovinjoygames@gmail.com.
Protecting the information we hold
We apply administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to guard information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, alteration, and disclosure. Only personnel and service providers who need the information for their work are given access.
Absolute security cannot be guaranteed by any system. Please get in touch promptly if you believe your interaction with Network Shield is no longer secure.
Services provided by others
The app may contain links, SDKs, or integrations run by third parties. Those parties' own policies govern their privacy practices. We encourage you to read those policies before using their services.
Children and Network Shield
Network Shield is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone younger than the age specified by applicable law. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, let us know at lovinjoygames@gmail.com. We will respond by taking appropriate action.
Your choices and privacy rights
Your place of residence may give you rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to restrict or object to certain processing. You may also be entitled to withdraw consent when that consent is the basis for processing.
In regions whose privacy laws provide these rights, our legal grounds for processing may include performing a contract, legitimate interests, your consent, and compliance with legal obligations.
You can ask to exercise these rights by emailing lovinjoygames@gmail.com. We may need to confirm your identity before replying. Legal requirements, security, fraud prevention, or other legitimate requirements may limit some requests.
Revisions to this notice
We may change this Privacy Policy periodically. For material changes, we may give notice in the app, on our website, by email, or through another reasonable channel. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the policy's most recent update.
